Fo Tiao Qiang is a traditional Chinese dish that originated from the Fujian province, has a history dating back to the Qing Dynasty.  It is a high-quality broth stew renowned for its rich taste, nutritional richness, and unique flavors. 
The name "Fo Tiao Qiang" translates to "Buddha Jumps Over the Wall," a poetic reference suggesting the dish's enticing aroma that supposedly entices even a vegetarian monk to abandon his vows.

Firstly, the ingredients for Fo Tiao Qiang include various premium ingredients such as sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, dried scallops, ham, chicken, and pigeon meat, often meticulously prepared for banquets with refined craftsmanship. 

Secondly, the cooking process for Fo Tiao Qiang is meticulous. All the ingredients are placed in a large sandpot with a suitable amount of broth and slowly simmered for several hours over low heat to allow the flavors to blend and permeate. During this time, the aromas and flavors of the ingredients merge to create a unique composite flavor.
